Welcome to SubCulture Dining ("SCD," "we," "our," or "us"), a program of ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, events, experiences, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"), including reservations made through subculturedining.com and any affiliated domains operated by us.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

By using this site or attending any SubCulture Dining event, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  1. Events and Experiences

2.1 Format

SubCulture Dining events are private, invitation based culinary experiences. The format, menu, location, and duration are determined solely by the chef and host. Guests do not direct, modify, or co-author the experience.

2.2 Location

Event locations are disclosed only within the designated arrival window communicated to confirmed guests. Locations are not published in advance and must not be shared publicly before, during, or after the event.

2.3 Limited Capacity

All events are subject to limited capacity. Seating is finite and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by SubCulture Dining.

  1. Reservations and Attendance

3.1 Reservation Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Pricing

Prices for experiences are listed in U.S. dollars and may vary by event. Pricing may change without notice for future events.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed through our reservation platform at the time of booking. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total reservation amount.

We do not store full credit card information.

3.4 No Refunds, No Cancellations

All reservations are final. No refunds. No cancellations. No exceptions.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

  1. Guest Conduct

4.1 Arrival

Guests must arrive within the designated arrival window. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. There is no guarantee of entry after the window closes.

4.2 No Photography, No Recording

No phones, cameras, or recording devices may be used during the experience. No photography. No video. No audio recording. These are conditions of attendance, not suggestions.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or diminishes the experience for other guests, staff, or the host. We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these standards without refund.

  1. Dietary Considerations and Allergens

SubCulture Dining events may include ingredients such as nuts, seeds, shellfish, dairy, gluten, soy, and other common allergens. Menus are not published in advance.

We do not guarantee allergen free preparation, cooking, or service.

If you have severe allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for communicating them at the time of reservation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a fully allergen free environment.

We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health outcomes related to food served at any event.

Consult a medical professional with any questions or concerns.

  1. Content Rights, Likeness, and Image Release

6.1 Event Documentation

SubCulture Dining and ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group may photograph, film, or record audio and video at any event for documentation, promotional, editorial, archival, or commercial purposes.

By attending any SubCulture Dining event, you grant SubCulture Dining and ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, fully transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and publish your likeness, image, voice, and any other identifiable representation captured at the event, in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, or consent.

This includes but is not limited to use on websites, social media, print and digital publications, press materials, advertising, promotional content, merchandise, and any other commercial or editorial application.

6.2 Opt Out

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at press@subculturedining.com prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all captured content in a live event environment.

6.3 Guest Created Content

Any content captured by guests in violation of Section 4.2 (no photography, no recording) remains the sole intellectual property of SubCulture Dining and may not be used, shared, published, or distributed in any form without our express written permission. SubCulture Dining reserves the right to demand deletion of any such content.

  1. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, recipes, designs, logos, brand marks, event concepts, and creative content associated with SubCulture Dining and ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

Content captured in violation of Section 4.2 (no photography, no recording) remains the intellectual property of SubCulture Dining and may not be used, shared, or published in any form.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for illegal activity, unauthorized resale of reservations, automated scraping or data mining, infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment or harmful conduct, or misrepresentation or fraud.

We may terminate access to Services for any user who violates these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubCulture Dining, ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group, its owners, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data or business interruption, allergic reactions or health outcomes from food consumed at events, unauthorized access to your account or personal data, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at an event.

In no event will total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your use of the Services, attendance at any event, or violation of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
