By using our Services or attending any SubCulture Dining event, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you make a reservation, sign up for our Communiqué, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, dietary restrictions or allergy information you voluntarily disclose, and any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and operating system, pages viewed and time spent on the site, referring URL, and device information.

This information is collected through cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and similar technologies.

1.3 Reservation and Event Data

When you book through our reservation platform (currently Tock), your reservation data is processed and stored by that platform in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive reservation details necessary to operate the event, including name, party size, date, and contact information.

We use the information we collect to process and manage reservations, communicate event details including arrival instructions, send the Communiqué and other communications you have opted into, respond to inquiries, improve our website and Services, comply with legal obligations, and protect the safety and security of our events and guests.

Our Communiqué and related communications are managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). By subscribing, you consent to receiving communications from SubCulture Dining and affiliated programs under ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group, including Reverence Phoenix and Reverence Provisions, based on the interests you select at signup.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. Unsubscribing from one interest category does not automatically remove you from others.

We use third party services to operate our website and events. These may include Squarespace (website hosting), Tock (reservations), Brevo (email communications), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Meta (social media and advertising).

By attending any SubCulture Dining event, you grant SubCulture Dining and ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, fully transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and publish your likeness, image, voice, and any other identifiable representation captured at the event, in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, or consent.

This includes but is not limited to use on websites, social media, print and digital publications, press materials, advertising, promotional content, merchandise, and any other commercial or editorial application.

6.2 No Obligation

We are under no obligation to use any content captured at events, and inclusion in any material does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or compensation.

6.3 Opt Out

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at press@subculturedining.com prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all captured content in a live event environment.

6.4 Guest Created Content

As stated in our Terms of Service, photography, video, and audio recording by guests during events is prohibited. Any content captured by guests in violation of this policy remains the intellectual property of SubCulture Dining and may not be used, shared, published, or distributed in any form without our express written permission.

  1. Business Transactions

In the event SubCulture Dining or ReverenceNYC Hospitality Group undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
