SubCulture Dining events are structured as a single evening. The format is a tasting menu with an optional beverage pairing. There is no published menu and no fixed schedule. Events happen when they are ready.

Capacity is limited by design. Every seat in the room exists because it was meant to. When you hold a confirmed seat, you are trusting the work before you see it. That trust is returned in full.

You will receive arrival details the day of the event. The location is shared at that time and not before. Arrival is within a specific window and that window is firm.

The evening moves at a deliberate pace. Courses are presented by the chef. Conversation is part of the experience. You are not an audience. You are in the room.

No phones during the experience. No photography. No recording.

All seats are final. No refunds. No cancellations. No exceptions.
